Pour la conduite, je ne peux qu'insister sur la nécessité d'être très mobile et dynamique au niveau du regard et de la tête :) A partir du moment où j'ai compris ça je suis devenue beauuuuuuucoup plus détendue au volant ^^ (enfin après, j'étais limite phobique, toi si ça se trouve t'es plus zen que moi XDDDD)
